So, as of now, according to Blender, this is the official remix to Britney Spears's newest comeback single, Gimme More. I already loved the original, and after a few plays, I started to like this one which features Lil' Wayne! The download link is below, and below that is Blender's review on the song. Enjoy! (PS: If any other news comes out on this song, I'll post it here.)
Edit: If you hear any news whether this is official or not, please tell me. Thanks.

Blender Magazine Review: Britney Spears and Lil Wayne Hook Up
WHO: Britney Spears [ft. Lil Wayne]
WHAT: "Gimme More" (Remix)
WHY: So Britney's comeback single isn't exactly smashing the charts (it currently stands at no. 68) and, you know, there was that little performance a couple weeks back. Still, we stand by our initial praise of the song — it's sleek, sexy and surprisingly self-aware. And that was before the self-proclaimed "best rapper alive" decided to add a couple quick verses. Wayne purists may poo-poo the MC for recycling much of his guest shot from that shitty Enrique Iglesias song, but the flow is sped-up and much improved here. He's not breaking any lyrical ground ("baby, I could bless you and you ain't even sneezin'"), but there's something about Wayne rhyming over heavily syncopated, 23rd-century synth instrumentals (see: "We Takin' Over") that's hard to deny. Even so, the real star here is the beat, produced by Virginia up-and-comer (and obvious Timbaland obsessive) Max Methods. It manages to retain the future-disco feel of fellow Virginian (and Timbaland protégé) Danjahandz's original track while changing things up enough to keep it weird and exciting. Basically, this new "Gimme More" sounds like a Timbaland remix with Lil Wayne on it. We're not complaining.

its not official, Wayne's verses are from Enrique Iglecias's song "Push"
Several parts of Lil Wayne's rap are taken directly from his rap in Enrique Iglesias' Push... doesn't mean it's not official, just pointing out he didn't put much effort into turning it into something new...
pretty sure its a blend...n not that good either..propz for the up tho!!!
How can you call Enrique's 'Push' shitty? Have you even listened to the song? And then you dare to caompare it to something by Brittney Spears who can't even manage to lip-synch her way through a song?
Enrique has more tallent and class than Brittney will ever have not to mention the fact that he constantly turns out brilliant live performances without any digital enhancing. Did you know that he two Grammys?
Maybe next time you should actually bother listening to the the songs on a CD and not just base your opinion on who appears on the front cover.
I'm just wondering... who called it shitty??
